We are looking for Procurement Officer for QatarResponsibilities:? Responsible for purchasing of materials and equipment necessary for all O&M JV including managing purchasing? Responsible for sourcing and negotiating of pricing for all materials available locally and internationally.? Establish blanket purchase orders/agreements and bulk commodity pricing agreements to ensure cost savings? Responsible for developing and monitoring systems and procedures for the procurement department? Comply with all applicable QHSEEn/AM policy, rules, procedures, best practices as communicated and be committed to the continuous improvement process and deploy within the perimeter .? Provides systematic purchase document controlling for reporting.? Coordinates to all department and section work for all purchasing related issues.? Keeps updated lists of all details of suppliers / contractors and other accredited institutions for future references.? Monitor and address the supplier in terms of pricing and delivery performance.
