Job Purpose ?Responsible for supporting early execution and planning activities in relation to Investment 3 (Compression Projects) , ensuring effective planning tools are utilised in the development of Project Execution Plans and conducting/participating in Client project Management System (QGPMS) assessments and other project reviews as required.Key Job Accountabilities1.Supports early planning activities for Major projects or Project Teams as requested.2.Participates in bid evaluations of Pre-FEED, FEED and EPC tender packages as requested, utilising technical expertise and experience to ensure the desired outcome for Major Projects Group.3.Coordinates Brownfield execution planning interfaces with existing operating units to ensure the inclusion of all relevant data delivering an optimal outcome aligned with Major Projects strategy and deliverables.4.Coordinates significantly complex internal and external interfaces including the potential for simultaneous operations (SIMOPS), Brownfield modifications and capital efficiency while ensuring that project schedules are not impacted. 5.Communicates effectively with Major Projects management, project management teams (PMTs), contractors and site teams as required.6.Interacts effectively with Client project teams, technical and support departments to resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.7.Completes complex work tasks with minimal supervision and ensures that all relevant management reports are delivered in a timely manner. 8.Participates in the process of continuous improvement to project and functional processes and workflows to ensure efficient and effective business results.
