The Oracle Hyperion Resource should have capabilities but not limited to,Relevant experience in financial and management accounting and reportingFrom a technology viewpoint hands on experience in the technical development of financial consolidation and reporting tools is essentialA good working knowledge of building financial plans using business driversExcellent and detailed technical development exposure to planning and reporting tools designing and configuring HFM in order to deliver a solution that best accommodates the Clients requirements as stated Experience in customising and developmentadvising on the solution options available to accommodate the Clients requirements and the advantages and disadvantages relating to those options;*problem solving to identify and action appropriate remedies for technical errors associated with HFM and related componentsAdvising on good practice approaches to financial consolidation processes in order to improve their accuracy, timeliness and efficiency, including reduction of period close cycle.Demonstrating knowledge of client decision?making and support processes and key client business drivers;*understanding industry context.Supporting the delivery of key transformation projects using Oracle HFM and FDM as the technology enabler to provide financial consolidation, Business Intelligence and reporting solutions.Supporting client requirements gathering/analysis workshops
