We are looking for Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant for Qatar1.Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Financial HCM & SCM Functional, Sub-Ledger Accounting and Fusion Tax, Financial Accounting Hub.2.Active participation in preparing various project documents ? Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Training materials.3 Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.4.Understanding of File based data import and export.5.Lead migration of configuration, integrations and extensions data from/to Production for Oracle ERP Cloud projects6. Support customization, interfacing, testing, and reporting.7. Work on the functional and technical design of Oracle Cloud implementations (including prototyping, process/scenario design, flow mapping).8. At least one End to End implementation experience of Oracle business Suite R12 or Oracle Fusion.9. Expertise in design, development and implementation of Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), Dashboard and analytics systems.10. Produce the estimations of the solution and involved in the high-level planning and implementation methodology of the project using OUM methodology.
