We are looking for Operation Manager for QatarRequired:Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or similar. At least 10+ years overall experience with 7 years' experience of managing comparable complex high value operation(s) in GCC region.Well developed leaderships skills- 'is a leader and motivator'. promotes strong teamwork ethics and customer service excellence through empowerment. proven experience in commercial management and Qatar government relationship management. Good understanding of MEP/Civil maintenance and soft service delivery and operations. Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills. Fluent Language ability in both spoken and written English & Arabic. Must be able to express ideas at all levels. Professional Bodies - RICS, IMechE, IEE, BIFM, CIBS, ICE or similar. Highly self motivated and able to work under own initiative. Notice Period ? With NOC
