Job Title: Logistical Support Specialist*Location : QatarSecurity Clearance: Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearanceDue to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.*** Position is contingent upon contract award. ***Job Responsibilities:Trace Systems is actively seeking a Logistical Support Specialist* to join our team in Qatar.Duties and responsibilities to include:? Enable maintenance and warranty repair.? Manage equipment spares.? Handle packaging and shipping (inbound and outbound).? Maintain maintenance action tracking and status update.? Maintain equipment asset tracking and warranty status.? Manage equipment repair turnaround time.? Provide reports as required.? Shall support the Satellite Maintenance Center Logistical requirements? Shall have experience with Logistical software tools: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Change Management framework and following the direction of Designated Approval Authority (DAA)Minimum Qualifications:? Shall have knowledge of how to perform asset tracking.? Shall have knowledge of how to ship assets commercially and through the military system.? Shall have knowledge of military logistics requirements? 4 years experience in preparing/editing DOD technical documents, supply, purchasing, provisioning, design, and reliability, availability and maintainability (RAM) analysis of complex mechanical and electronics systems/equipment.? Position requires an active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.?
