MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certifications : One year related experience may be substituted forone year of education, if degree is required.Must have a High school diploma or equivalent,Associate s or Bachelor s degree in related field preferred.Must havevalid Passport and Driver s License.Must have an international driver's license andcapability of obtaining an Air Force flight line driver s license and capable ofdriving a manual transmission, CDLA and Forklift driving experience preferred.Musthave and maintain a valid SECRET or Interim Secret Security Clearance prior todeployment.Mustbe able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.Mustbe able to pass employment and deployment qualification requirements thatinclude psychological, medical, dental, drug testing, background checks, etc.Candidates must successfully complete both onlineand hands on CBRN (chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear) defensetraining. Training includes the successful fit testing of DoD providedprotective gear.Experience :A minimum of five years of related experience with operationsand supervisory experience. Management experience to include: performancemanagement of employees, completed required reports, and excellent customersatisfaction results.Skills :Great communication, teamwork, decision making, andcustomer service skills.Must be skilled with Microsoft programs such asExcel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.Ableand willing to work periods of long hours to meet mission requirementsMilitary experience in a contingency environmentand knowledge and experience working with government contracts preferred.
