Lab TechnicianJob Location : QatarGood salary and benefits will be offeredResponsibilities :To ensure the daily work in laboratory has been carried out in safe, efficient and accurate mannerTo ensure the analysis results of regular samples (from both WTE & compost) have met the specification/limitsTo carry out testing and analysis of water, wastewater, IBA and fly ash as per test scheduleTo assist Chemist in the inventory control of laboratory and plant chemicalsTo assist Chemist in performing lab-scale study as and when assignedTo maintain a good housekeeping in the laboratoryTo assist Chemist in establishing, implementing and maintaining the ISO documentation of laboratoryTo compile the analysis results in the designated working documentsPrepare the test report and circulate respective sectionsRequirements :Relevant experience in laboratory and operational process would be an advantageTechnical Certificate in Chemistry, Chemical Process Technology or Chemical EngineeringProficient in laboratory testing and analysis, process control, technical writing and reportingKnowledge in ISO 9001, 14001 and OSHAExperience in working in QA/QC department in waste & waste water plant.Candidates currently working in Qatar must posses NOC from their current sponsor and have stayed a minimum of at least 1 year with their current sponsor.
