OPERATIONAL (90%)? Development, implementation, enhancement for e-Channels and related applications? Development of new services based on Business requirements.? Should be familiar with Agile methodology? Oversee the identification, design and implementation of appropriate security measures/controls in relation to the services developed.? Enforce compliance with Bank?s system development lifecycle (SDLC) ? Communicate issues to Senior Management in a timely manner to avoid delivery delays? Monitor the articulation of alternate approaches in solving problems and provide advice towards the most efficient and effective approach.? Oversee response to queries and ensure timely resolutions of all issues pertaining to service delivery? Ensure compliance with all QA policies/ procedures and standards.? Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (10%)? Should be a team player? Should communicate with different stake holders? Should take ownership of the whole SDLC and report on continuous basis
