? Be part of the ICSSEP project team as an Electrical and Instrument Supervisor to supervise all the project execution activities with EPC Contractor and liaise Assets for safe & timely execution. ? Supervise all works including Brownfield verification, installations, modifications, tie-ins, construction, commissioning, and handover for varies scope of work meets system safety requirement and comply with company policies and procedures.? Review and Approve Contractor Permit to Work (e-PTW / PTW) request and associated documents for all works including Tie-ins and Interfaces.? Provide support to Contractor to obtain concurrence from all other Clients Stakeholders for the release of Permits. ? Ensure that Clients Policy and Procedures related to the ICSSEP project activities are followed. Initiate and participate in safety walkthrough and, PSSR.? Allocate resources and monitor work progress to determine effectiveness of deployment.? Provide work directions to Contractor and ICS Technician to help them carry out their duties to the required standard.? Supervise, Coordinate and Participate in the site survey with Contractor representatives and Company as requiredPrimary Accountabilities :? Ensures that SOW for the Project are met and that the EPC contractor complies with all requirements of the EPC contract in respect of procurement, materials, and safe execution.? Develop strong working relationships with Project Team, EPC contractor, Stakeholders and internal focal points. ? Support & follow-up with construction work, monitor & report progress and assist EPC team for PTW related to project.? Liaise with Project Engineer for proper update & review project documents as required.? Coordinate with Field/system team and Asset team for proper clearance and execute the project work safely.? Follow up with the EPC Permit Coordinators for his coordination with Concurrence parties & Asset day Supervisor for timely release of Project Permits.? Ensure Contractor provides timely and accurate reporting on progress/issues and report any slip to Project Engineer.? Supervise and Maintain record of ongoing site modification (Red Mark-up), AFC documents for Project reference and record.? Supervise Construction activities, Site activities, Punch identification, Punch clearing, Punch verification and closeout.? Support Project engineer in carrying out routine & non-routine work as required
