Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance. Interviews and counsels staff and carry out performance appraisal of staff annually. Inspect VIP rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, guest rooms/suites, equipment, linens, and public areas are clean and in good repair to meet guest satisfaction. Advise employees of deficiencies and instruct on corrective action. Provide adequate retraining as needed.What we need from youIdeally, you'll have a minimum of 1 or more years related experience in Housekeeping management. Have an organized nature, with great attention to detail, the ability to work with deadlines, have extensive knowledge in all facets of Housekeeping.
