A leading group of companies in diversified businesses?s is looking for a Finance Manager for its Qatar office.Job Responsibilities:Develop & implement financial procedures such as book keeping, Insurance, budget & cost control, accounting functions, Inventory management & control procedure, financial reporting, strategic planning, obtaining appropriate financing.Finalization of monthly accounts.Working capital management with key focus on monitoring &controlling receivables, inventories and payable, and cash flows.Management of sales accounting and commercial agreements.Principal/vendor managementPreparation of business plan, long term and short term budgets for the various divisions and monitoring of the group?s performance through a budgetary control system.Implementation & management of ERP system for the effective management of finance & accountsRaising short-term & long term funds for the unit and liaison with bankers and other financial institutionManage the financial framework for the procurement of the key items and others suppliers and capital assets in the group
