Job Description :Urgently required Executive Chef cum Kitchen Manager in Qatar.Job Details:? Develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures for all dishes and ensure that all chefs are following these standards.? Maintain weekly and monthly cost reports.? Ensure kitchen operations can run smoothly and efficiently in your absence.? Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.? Assist and support in new unit openings.? Determination of purchasing specifications and budgetary allotments for all menu items.Job Requirements:? Minimum 10 years experience.? Diploma holder.? Good knowledge in the same field.? Excellent interpersonal skills.
