Personal Skills: Strong communication skills over the telephone and in face to face situations, Calm personality and able to remain calm in challenging situations when speaking to members of the public who are distressed.-Bsc Nurse / GNM (Diploma Nurse) with 3 years experience as EMD.-Should hold a valid Nursing License.-Emergency Medical Dispatch Certificate holders preferred.-EMD are Trained telecommunicators who quickly and properly determine the nature and priority of the call and dispatch the appropriate response at the earliest.-Good command over English and computer using Google Maps, systems, excel and word. - Male & Female applicants accepted.- Should have a valid 4 wheeler Driving license & should know to drive
