? Ensures the Operation and Management of Fabrication Shop as per contract scope of work, CLIENT specifications and procedures, relevant DNV(containers), ASME(Vessels), API(Tanks), BS EN and other international standards for steel fabrication.? Shall have engineering exposure on design codes like DNV2.7-1, ASME, API650 and other Lifting equipment?s design standards.? Shall have 05years of work experience in fabrication of Offshore containers, tanks and Lifting equipment?s. ? Shall have 05years of work experience in fabrication of API tanks, ASME Vessels, Piping and its support for Oil & Gas plants.? Shall have 05years Estimation Experience in fabrication of offshore containers, API tanks, ASME Vessels, Piping and its support for Oil & Gas plants.? Ensures adequate Raw material, consumables and tools are available for planned work in order to meet the work requirements, reviews tool room stock levels to ensure that stocks are maintained at adequate levels for future work program.? Ensure the resource planning based on the fabrication shop workload? Ensures the availability of all workshop equipment by maintaining the preventive maintenance of said equipment.? Ensures all the required trainings are met as per HSSE plan of various craft personnel who are working for Fabrication shop and Project sites. ? Liaise with customer for job progress and complaints.? Develop business development plan for the fabrication shop.? Reports to Operations Manager
