We are looking for experienced Construction Manager for high rise tower & 5 star hotel building.Responsibility:Coordinating with the Engineering & Procurement Division to specify requirements of supplies and equipment. Coordinating with the Engineering staff to discuss shop drawings and specifications. Coordinating with the Planning staff to set schedules and plans for the work staff. Coordinating with the Project QC Engineer/ Manager to schedule inspections, and resolve any non-conformity.Conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects. Follow-up the Consultant Office reports, and handling, processing all the corrective comments. Processing administrative work, including change orders, shop drawings, and RFIs Coordinating the project schedule and maintaining this throughout the project. Optimizing the use of personnel to achieve the schedule and forecasting and addressing deviations. Ensuring compliance of project operations with HSE standards and deal with discrepancies in coordination with the Project HSE Manager.
