We are looking for Construction Engineer Civil (NFE) Onshore Project for QatarJob Purpose ?Supervise the assigned North Field Expansion (NFE) Onshore Project Construction personnel and lead the monitoring and oversight of the Early Site Works (ESW) Contractor?s field planning, coordination and execution activities within area of responsibility by appraising ESW Contractor safety, quality, cost and schedule performance and ensures ESW Contractor develops, implements and sustains its Safety and Quality program within the site. Review and approve field change proposals by ESW Contractor in line with NFE Onshore Project?s management of change process and prepare routine progress reports to Site Manager Early Site Works (NFE Onshore).Key Job Accountabilities :1.Implement a strong safety culture through personal safety leadership and ensuring the ESW Contractor, subcontractors and site vendors sustain their safety responsibilities and obligations including implementing the NFE Onshore Project Site Safety Program and Safety, Health, Environmental and Security (SHE&S) Activity Schedule. 2.Provide accurate, timely and routine reports to Site Manager Early Site Works in respect to construction strategies, systems, planning, activities, progress, areas of concern and mitigation plans to ensure company standards and project deliverables are maintained.3.Responsible for monitoring and coordinating site activities (including authorisation of RLIC permits) of the ESW Contractor and subcontractors ensuring the development, review and approval of appropriate plans, procedures and programs for safe implementation and effective execution. 4.Manage and supervise NFE Onshore ESW Team personnel ensuring construction activities are completed in accordance with project (and relevant RLIC) procedures, regulations, specifications, standards, work schedule and plan5. Facilitate the development of ESW construction execution plan, method statements, and other relevant procedures to ensure that work plan and scopes are aligned with project strategies and the ESW Contractor delivers the safe, qualitative and timely execution of the project.6.Complete the necessary construction reporting as required by project management ensuring the content of contractor design documents, reports, records and project related construction interface documents are reviewed and approved to ensure compliance with project requirements.7.Lead incident investigations with support from Head SHES Early Site Works. 8.Review and approve construction field changes and extra work requests as delegated by Site Manager Early Site Works and participates in subcontract reviews to ensure adequate control and changes in work procedures are established.9.Monitors and ensures the correction of non-conformance report items support QA/QC compliance and the Project Management of Change (PMOC) processesCandidate can apply till 9th December.
