Must be Knowledgeable with Epoxy resin, Polyester resin, Vinyl ester resin, Core bond material, Gel Coat application and they are mixing ratio.? Investigating report making and material logging of work needed.? Ensures all work is carried out to the required standards and in accordance with work instructions.? Supporting the Technicians in their roles as required. Communicate issues to supervisor in an accurate and timely manner.? Identifies and communicates opportunities for production process improvement where necessary.? Ensures patterns, molds and any tooling are treated with reasonable care for improved longevity of tooling.Qualification Required? Two years (2) college degree or its equivalent, preferably with specialized courses in supervision.Experience Required? Minimum 4 years experience in Marine composite works.? Good Understanding of Engineering Practices.? Ability to read Engineering Drawings.
