To address the massive additional AutoCAD Drafting and GIS works assigned to AutoCAD Design Draftsmen by the Designers. These massive additional works are originating from the required design output from the new Mutli-Utility Major Projects such as the Qatar Rail, massive Ashghal Internal Roads and Primary Roads Projects, Early Connections Permits, etc.Perform technical support through AutoCAD design drafting works for the Capital Investments Program including special and urgent Projects and KM External Projects as originated from both Internal KM and External KM requests/directives representing the Water Planning Department and shall cover for all these activities with minimum supervision and interruption of works of the KM Designers.Major Duties and Responsibilities: ? Prepares and update sketches and drawings conforming to KM's standard and guidelines;? Establishes data control and numbering of drawings;? Operates AutoCAD and other relevant software to input and update information;? Liaises with Surveyor regarding input data for drawings;? Prepares drawing and other presentation materials for the management;? Performs other related duties as needed upon request by the KM Designers;? Prepares sketches and drawings of design inquiries, land subdivisions and road openings from external offices;? Coordinates closely with different sections/departments regarding proposed projects
