An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and professional with positive attitude, who is looking for new challenges and exciting work environment. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: ?Assisting sales manager on handling customer inquiries ?Maintaining customer database in CRM ?Run the office?Issuing internal demand for request of price quotation, sketches fixing diagram, samples and shop drawings from the factory?Preparing price quotations and samples submittal?Coordinating with the factory all the client required shipping documents?Issuing SAP invoice and providing the commercial invoice to the customer?Preparing/printing documents needed for installation ?Preparation and submittals of official documents ?Follow up with factory and clients (approvals, deadlines, schedules, etc.)?Assistance during coordination meetings with the clients (contractors, designers) ?Handling spare parts inquiries and customer complaints?Organization and coordination of the installation
