? PhD in relevant field is preferred.? Master?s Degree / Bachelor?s Degree in the respective field with minimum 15 years working experience.? Develop practical methods in controlling and managing the section.? To implement and accomplish targets and objectives of the work force for the section by recruiting, training, assigning, mentoring and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, evaluating and reviewing their work contributions; planning compensation actions and enforcing policies and procedures.?
