Job Description: CORE OBJECTIVES:To support the implementation of planning and monitoring activities related to Municipal Solid Waste operations, support management planning and decision making by identifying, maintaining, and evaluating information; and reporting on key performance indicators and metrics.?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:?Responsible for developing and overseeing the coordinated planning and implementation of MSWS Project to long range initiatives responding to the needs of the Board, major opportunities, and other policy and operational issues;? Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions) ????????????? ? Develop the master plan which presents a vision for the future, with long-range goals and objectives for all activities that affect the company and the government.? Propose solution and ideas to ?managers in making effective decisions based on construct forecasts and analytical models?Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals? Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with the company overall strategy ?The position will bring new and innovative thinking, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure effective implementation of strategic planning,results-based management systems and processes; ?? Review monthly and quarterly reviews of performance against business plan objectives.?? Provide support tocross-MSW initiatives; and managing business practices to ensure the alignment of planning and execution.?Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by Department Head MSWS Planning or MSW Strategies Manager in order to meet organizational objectives
