Job Description

Main Purpose of Job:? To be responsible for all operations including staff, budget and performance of the FM Services.? To effectively manage and develop all FM services within the Contract, implementing best practices and improvement intiaitives.? Maintaining a close liaison with the client to ensure day to day requirements of delivering of the contract are met, meeting the client?s expectations.? To be responsible for contractual performance in accordance with agreed budgets, compliance with KPI?s & SLA?s, ? Be fully conversant with and understand the requirements of the contract documentation in terms of responsibilities, obligations and scope of services. Main Duties & Responsibilities:A) To strive at all times, to deliver high quality of FM services by applying professional expertise and management technequies when possible achieving added value, increased productivity, and cost efficiencies.B) To formulate in conjunction with Company management and the Client, suitable strategies to meet the demands of service provision and ongoing improvement.C) To produce a contract budget and be responsible for the actual performance against budget and to take remedial action when applicable.D) To exercise financial and commercial controls in the management of expenditure and income within agreed budgets. To maximise profitability of operations and deliver ongoing cost savings to the client.E) To generate monthly Authority to Invoices for processing, following up on any unpaid invoices, providing detailed calarification / justification. F) To implement and maintain the performance monitoring system, while being accountable for the monthly performance. This should be documented in a monthly report to demonstrate the level of service delivered, including work activities analysis and recommendations. G) To promote the highest standards of customer care and to monitor the quality of all services provided to customers.H) To be involved in business development activities for existing and new contracts.I) Ensure that the dress code & apprearance of all staff are in keeping with the high standards set out by Genetco and the client. To also ensure staff have the correct PPE to carry out their work safely.J) To recruit, select, motivate and develop staff to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.K) To define, set and monitor the objectives for the contract and each of the job holders ensuring their maximum contribution to the business.L) To develop good communication and relationships at all levels within the team and with all colleagues and customers. Hold weekly review meetings with your superviors and a formal monthy client meeting. M) To ensure the appraisal of the performance of all staff and provide relevant training and development to achieve the highest standards of personal contribution.N) Ensure minimum stock suppliers/parts/ materials are maintained so that Genetco teams can act promptly to site requirement. All stock usage should be controlled / tracked, maintaining accurate records of all stock movement and stock balance.O) To identify and develop opportunities to enhance business and revenue growth.P) Support and promote the FMES Vision and Values, encouraging great staff performance.Q) Maintain a high level of confidentiality to ensure sensitive personnel and corporate information is protected.R) To comply with the Company?s Policies, Procedures and written instructions.S) To fulfil Health & Safety responsibilities by adherence to the requirements of the Company's Health & Safety Policy and Health & Safety management system & guidelines.T) To support the Company's Quality Policy ISO 9001:2008 and actively participate in the achievement of Company and personal Quality objectives.U) To undertake such other duties appropriate to the level and character of work as may reasonably be required within the Department / Service. Significant permanent changes in duties will require agreed revisions to be made to this Job Description.
