We are looking for Project ManagerThe job roles1- Candidates should have min 5 years of experience2- Should have experience in Hotel construction field3- Planning, Executing and Finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. 4- Defining Project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Senior Management.5- prepare a feasibility study of the project along with the planning schedules and the cash flow to discuss it with the top management, in order to exceed company targets for growth and profitability. 6- Ensuring that all assigned work is completed on time and within agreed budgets.7- Supervising Projects: Including in Residential AND Commercial Building, Pipe Line, Road, external contractors, and sub-contractors.
