We are looking for Business Head for Medical Division Job Responsibility 1)Support the management in providing insights into the development of sales processes and personnel in the medical division.2) Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with regular follow-up with the customers along with the sales team, in order to open up new avenues in business or maintain existing business.3) Following up with the medical sales team on the status of the quotations submitted and the orders in hand.4) Ensure complete transparency is maintained by the Sales team to ensure smooth functioning as per the norms of the management with team spirit on top of the agenda.5) Responsible for the entire process from the inquiry stage to the payment collection stage for the medical sales team.6) Conduct bi-weekly sales meetings along with the COO and update the CEO/ED.7) Responsible for submitting MIS reports of medical sales and service.8)To suggest and implement strategies for sales enhancement as per the management directives. 9) Responsible for liquidating all dead stock in hand.10) Collecting feedback from & coaching colleagues for the personal growth of the sales and service team.11) Ensuring sales and service work hand in hand when quoting for tenders and other inquiries.12) Maintaining good relations with principal companies and getting new agencies subsequent to exhibition visits.
