The Supervisor is responsible for the management of the Regular Services Crew at the PDO site in Oman and is expected to make a significant contribution to the strategic management of the power stations covered under the Contract.The Supervisor is also responsible in directing the weekly operational checks of remote Power Plants covered under the Contract, daily plant maintenance and repair of plant facilities and equipment.This job is on a rotation basis, 3 months ON and 1 month OFF.Main Duties and Responsibilities;?Control of all site related matters relating to the successful hook-up, installation and commissioning of the gas turbine and auxiliaries, its Control System, HMI/EWS interface to DCS, off-base cables and supports systems and ensuring site operations are in line with the budget?Supervise Field Technicians and subcontractors for all site related issues?Leads a team of multi-discipline Regular Services Crew (RSC) in conducting plant weekly operational checks on remote power stations?Execute all site operations according to the company quality and HSE plans?Promote Engineering quality control, ensuring conformity to appropriate Gas Turbine engineering specifications in order to meet all customer and company requirements?Supply a high level of technical support to client base and engineering staff?Compiling and timely submission of detailed field reports?Any other appropriate tasks as assigned by the Senior Engineer?To work safely and in accordance with all company Health, Safety and Environmental rules and recommendations, and be proactive in maintaining a safe working environment.
