We are looking for Property Manager for OmanResponsibilities:? Responsible for property accountability and property management of mission essential equipment. ? Developed internal procedures to maintain property accountability in accordance with regulations and procedures.? Negotiated vendor contracts, and obtained and reviewed bids for capital improvements and regular maintenance ? Administered budgets and analyzed-identified opportunities for reduction in operating costs.? Fully accountable for all day to day property operation , Overseeing and enhancing the Value of the property? Establish and maintain record system of all correspondence between owners, residents / occupiers and other relevant parties, and records
