Banker or developer and ideally with both debt and equity experience.? Keen eye and acumen identifying new opportunities including merger and acquisition experience in developing markets.? Working with Clients directly and closing deals and business opportunities successfully.? Working with facts and details and logically inferring decisions based on sound data base.? Ability to present proposals effectively to stake holders and facilitate decisions.? Evaluate Project Financing models through research of business models, commercial value for various projects/ new businesses identified.? Evaluate and screen investment opportunities related to group activities through client outreach, marketing and deal screening with Investment Committee.? Undertake and manage the necessary due diligence, financial modeling, risk analysis and mitigation in the structuring of loans, equity investments, Guarantees, B-loans or other forms of corporate assistances.? Assist in preparing right business and financing models with ED, CFO and CSO in bridging the gaps/potential opportunities for investment decisions ? Issuing and selling securities to raise capital, if required .Should be familiar and handled Issue of debt and sell equity to raise capital, Manage IPOs and private equity placements? Conduct strategic research and due diligence investigations on various investment opportuneness ? Facilitate mergers and acquisitions? Assist with corporate restructuring? Analyze risk and offer financial advice? Prepare reports, models and forecasts? Supporting or leading the internal approvals process including interface with credit, safeguards, integrity, legal and other teams as well as management and the Board. ? Ensuring appropriate legal, finance compliance, documentation is successfully concluded in line with approvals.? Financial closure and Monitoring for the disbursements achieved in a timely manner.? Facilitate and lead active relationships with commercial lenders and other financial partners in the region and beyond as well as with developers, investors and governments? Assess and structure transactions to maximize the potential for commercial co-financing and catalyzing of additional sources of capital.? Provide input and comments on project, policy and other papers related to private sector operations and development across a range of key themes and sectors.
