Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Hard Facility ManagementOperations of project and ensuring the locations are proactively managed and maintained to a highstandard.Ensures cost-effective facilities management of the mall to support the company&;s strategic objectiveof achieving image for excellence by providing the necessary services.Lead a team of Hard Services, implement and monitor CMMS system, take handover of building andequipment from client, co-ordinate with client and subcontractors, project execution, spare partsmanagement, Management team in ISO 9002, 14001 audits.
