JOB DETAILSJob Title:Maintenance EngineerReporting to:Well Services ManagerSubordinates:Maintenance TeamMinimum Education:Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent DegreeYears of Experience:8 years experience in Oil and Gas industry including 2 years' at a supervisory level.Certifications / Licenses:-JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Maintenance Engineer shall be responsible in setting up the maintenance programs for the well services department. He shall lead the Maintenance Team and mechanic. He shall be responsible for the below responsibilities including but not limited to:? Assist the Operations Manager to develop effective maintenance plans for assurance of equipment availability and high performance measures.? Plan the annual streamlining of Equipment Maintenance Management System.? Assist Operations Manager to develop plans programs and procedures and initiate necessary training for subordinates within the maintenance cell.? Assist Operations Manager with respect to improvements to sectional policy and direct implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activities.? Ensures availability and readiness of equipment at all times.? Act as focal point of coordination for the process of streamlining Division s Maintenance Management System.? Maintains records for equipment status and maintenance programs.? Coordinates with procurement and Business Support Operations Division to ensure proper availability of spare parts and equipment orders.? Develop/Revises subordinates Job Descriptions, Work Instructions and Procedures.? Reports in a weekly basis the equipment status and spares availability as well as maintenance activities.? Coordinates wit Business Support for submission of sustainability report, environmental performance report etc,? Participate in ensuring compliance to all relevant HSEQ Management procedures.? Coordinate and conduct tool box meetins at workshop and locations.SKILLS AND COMPETENCYQualified candidates should possess the following skills and competencies:? Must be proficient in the English language? Must have Intermediate Computer Skills? Possess excellent Quality Control, Safety and Handling Skills? Good experience in Coiled Tubing Equipment & Tools usage and maintenance? Excellent Management Skills.
