Responsibilities:To provide all necessary support in general to the site supervisors (Projects & Maintenance) for department operations.To coordinate all the activities of the department and ensure the works are done to the satisfaction of all customers/clients. To review all site inspection reports, discuss with the department head, prepare a list of required materials, and arrange the materials through store/inventory.To ensure a logbook is maintained, all daily complaints are recorded, and the actions are taken timely. To prepare the work schedule on a daily basis based on the inspection reports received from the Supervisors and discuss the same with the department head.All operational works for the Service and Projects department shall be planned and monitored by the Projects & the Service coordinator.To prepare a service schedule for all AMC and keep monitoring on a regular basis.To prepare a project?s completion schedule and keep monitoring its progress.To ensure customers satisfaction at every level.Ensure all complaints are reported and recorded on time, and the works are finished on timePreparation and submission of tenders and quotations.Ensure a vigorous follow-up till the approval is received from the clients/customers. Ensure all steps are taken and followed from start to finish; the closer reports are prepared as per the time frame. Ensure all invoices are submitted within a stipulated time as required by the department head/ management.To monitor all assigned cases for customer support and update all activities on the company tracking system.Administer all resources and ensure delivery of service works are fixed within a time frame.Manage all customer issues and if required bring it to the head of services or technical head.Pass on all technical issues to the service head/technical head/ GM if the problems are not getting solved by the supervisors and their technical team.Maintain accurate customer documents and prepare reports for all issues and resolutions.
