Job Purpose: Effectively managing the team of Retail / Commercial / Corporate business of the Business by marketingBank?s Product and Services while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures of the bankBusiness Growth:Description:? Manage a team of relationship managers to ensure new to Bank customers and meeting financial targets by soliciting new business and deepening existing relationships, in order to ensure business growth.? Overall management of Retail Business in term of Business and Products, in order to ensure the Bank stays current with the market and aim for business growth.Leadership:? Ensuring that Corporate and Retail are working in coherence with the operation team to enable the bank to handle customer transactions and meets expectations to meet the required business growth and ensure a proper guidance is available.Team Management:? Maintain a positive spirit in the teams to ensure smooth functioning of the teams and fulfillment of business objectives operationally and target-wise, to ensure best work environment.Credit Monitoring:? Ensure that RMs meet the credit standards and guidelines of the Bank in line with the Risk guidelines to minimize potential loss and Bank?s exposure? Manage performance of Retail products to minimize potential loss and Bank?s exposure.Business Continuity:? Coach and guide team members to ensure succession planning in the business unit for smooth continuity of business in case of any changes in team members to ensure best work environment.Financial Consultancy:? Ensure provision of distinctive financial, banking and advisory services to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retentionManaging Inter-Departmental Dependencies:? Provide support and guidance to RMs and Operation team while dealing with other internal departments in the bank for achievement of all shared objectives in order to ensure business growth.Market Knowledge and Scouting:? To enable RMs to monitor all developments in the client business and industry to cater to their needs accordingly with an independent information source
