Key Responsibilities: ? Estimate & preparation of proposals for, Annual maintenance contracts, rectification works & retrofit jobs for HVAC system & MEP building services.? To review on enquiry document of FM, scope of works, specifications and other contract documents. ? To liaise with procurement department for the specialist subcontract, material/equipment/ prices.? To prepare Cost estimation, compiling the cost of Materials, Manpower, Equipment, Subcontracts, Overheads etc. required for the execution of the FM contract? To liaise with Client for the pre-bid including specification, Engineering Man hours, Method statements etc.? To present Bid review package, which includes bid basis, execution plan, strategy analysis, summary cost estimates and financial reports, ensuring Senior Management is provided with all necessary information to enable competitive pricing decisions.? Good commercial acumen & writes proposals & letters in a clear, concise way that the Client & other stake holders can understand.? Identify opportunity to generate revenue for retrofit of HVAC system.? Preparation/ Compilation of material take- off based on drawings, data- sheets, basic design, standards etc. for retrofits jobs f HVAC including package units, central split units air cooled/ water cooled chillers, FCUs, AHUs.? To maintain good relationships with the client, consultant and develop a professional team to establish the company (BEC) as the FM contractor of choice.
