Key Responsibilities: Coordinate timely and accurate Monthly Closing and financial reporting Review monthly financial performance and recommend improvements to maximize profits and balance sheet metrics. Review cash budget and review liquidity position on monthly basis.Assist with annual business plan preparation and periodic forecasting. Assist with the effective deployment, maintenance, and utilization of the chosen ERP system. Ensure company compliance with IFRS, and company policies and procedures. Test internal controls for compliance and effectiveness. Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors and implement timely corrective actions.Coordinate information for tax returns.Effectively lead, supervise, and motivate the finance staff. Prepare financial modeling for operational enhancements.Other Requirements? Experience and knowledge of IFRS and / or GAAP ? Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control ?
