? To take care all the responsibilities as Food Safety Management Team Leader (FSMTL) for ISO 22000:2005 and as MR of the company for ISO 9001:2008.? To manage and organize quality control/assurance/ FSM Team and their works.? Ensures relevant training and education of the quality staff/ FSM team members / staff / workers.? Establishing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality management/FSM processes.? Provides input information to management (for review purposes) on current performance and improvement opportunities in system/in department/in processes.? Ensuring the promotion of awareness about customer requirements in the organization.? Liaison with external parties on matters relating to FSM/Quality Management/Pest controlling/Product development.? Development of supplier by visiting and their self-assessment.? Development, Implementation & Certification of Food Safety Management System (FSM) based on ISO-22000:2005 and quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008.? Training of all personal regarding awareness of FSM.? Maintain & Improve Food Safety Management System? Ensure timely arrangements for monitoring, data collection, analysis, verification, validation & internal system audit, management review meetings.? Managing the lab functions? Managing all the quality assurance and quality control functions? Development of lab staff/production staff by training/mentoring /coaching.? Liaison with the third parties for new developments like raw/packaging materials, new product development. ? Taking all necessary steps to manage the plant hygiene, GMPs and good warehousing and storage practices.? Identifying the various area of improvement for quality, production, storage and distribution.? Taking all necessary steps to maintain and to update cold chain of the company.? To liaison with all departmental head for the improvements of the various processes.? Development and implementation of all related QA and QC activities.? Development and approval of suppliers.
