We are looking for Associate Consultant ? Risk Advisory1. Understands the client?s business processes and control environment and accordingly develops and implements planning of audit work in accordance with the scope and complexity of the area under review, Identifies and communicates key business risks ensuring that risk assessment forms the basis of all audit work planned and performed.2. Reviews and evaluates adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with the policies and procedures and prepares audit supporting work papers to document audit procedures and conclusions, as well as written and verbal representation of audit findings.3. Ensures that audit findings and recommendations during the course of the audit are promptly communicated to management. Follows up on reviews to verify that necessary corrective actions have been successfully implemented.4. Accepts responsibility and accountability for the audit work performed on assigned audits and ensures completion of audit within time and cost budgets.5. Ensures that audit work papers are adequate, objectives have been accomplished and all conclusions are properly supported. Finalizes the audit files and ensures that supporting documents are properly retained.6. Use accounting expertise to analyze financial statements and trends, prepare MIS for clients to enable efficient decision making. Recommends improvement opportunities and best business practices.7. Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.8. Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
