Carry out proper scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce the breakdowns and maintenance costs.PEOPLE Work very closely with the superiors and subordinates Maintains clean work area and follows the safe work environment at all timesGUEST EXPERIENCE Attends the guest complaints in timely manner with out hindering the guest satisfactionRESPONSIBLE BUSINESS Do a daily walk around the a/c machinery to ensure good working condition and prevent losses Complies with hotel FLS and other standard policies and procedures.Will be responsible for the propermaintenance of A/C & Refrigeration Equipments and to ensure to keep theequipments are in good working condition.What we need from youIdeally with certificate or diploma in A/C& Refrigeration with very sound knowledge of chillers and relatedmaintenance, with 3 to 4 years experience in a similar industry.
