As a Sr. Manager - New Ventures in the strategy team you will work on a wide range of high-priority projects. In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. As a Sr. Manager, New Ventures, you will be responsible for launching new products and services, from ideation to execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, engineering, and design to develop and launch innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.Whats on Your Plate

• Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and implement the overall strategic plan for the new venture, aligning it with the companys mission and goals.
  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape to drive growth and ensure market leadership.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Operations Management:
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the new venture, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and success of the venture, making data-driven decisions.
  • Establish and maintain effective processes and systems to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
• Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead & groom a high-performing team by providing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive individual and collective success.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.
  • Identify and address skill gaps, provide training opportunities, and support career development of team members.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives & cross-functional teams
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

• Strong track record of problem-solving, including structuring problems, performing detailed analysis, and developing & implementing recommendations
• Highly motivated and driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic corporate environment
• Relevant education background, including MBA or strategy, innovation, or computer science degree from a top-tier academic institution
• 5+ years of professional experience, especially working with the strategy, business development or corporate development arm of a leading tech company and/or a top-tier management consulting firm. Startup experience a bonus
• Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) - super comfortable with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Comfortable with continuous engagement with C-level and senior leadership
