Job Description

The individual will work as an integral part of central pricing function to maintain overall stock health while maximizing topline and margins. The person will be a major stake holder and SPOC for coordinating end to end promotion and pricing execution.. Integral part of central pricing team with end to end management of markdowns and pricing operations. Create weekly trading reports and analyse promotions for further enhancement. Be able to derive trading insights using data to manage product life cycle, maximise topline and margins and controlling stock health. Excellent excel skills and quick to speed in turning out promotional offers as per business needs. Strong stakeholder management skills to be able to work efficiently with category, operations and finance team. Be able to work under demanding circumstances and be flexible in approach. High degree of ownership and assumes responsibility to ensure that promotional look and feel is executed in line with objectivesSkill set required:1. Advanced Excel skills and quick to speed2. Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Google Data Studio is a plus3. Ability to understand basic retail and ecommerce principles.4. Analytical fast thinker, understanding complex set of data and be able to operate in a fast-paced pressured environment5. Strong communication skills. Being able to interpret stakeholder requirements as well as communicating any challenges in requests6. Be able to work independently to find loopholes and collaborate across functions to get the work done. Atleast 2 years of experience in an e-commerce in a similar field or atleast 4 years in an offline setup.
