Reporting to the Senior Manager of People Analytics and Systems, the People Analytics Specialist will project manage keydata initiatives end to end for our People Functions.The specialist will work cross-functionally to service stakeholders in People Operations, Recruiting, Talent Development and rewards. This is an exciting and rewarding role for a proactive data savvy project specialist who loves problem solving and telling compelling stories through data.Whats On Your Plate. Proactively provide insights and recommendations to help drive decisions. . Partner with senior-level HR stakeholders to solve their needs for data and analysis. Transformation and cleaning of structured and unstructured data. Design and service Tableau dashboards and other tools for visualizing data. Conduct structured analysis using business intelligence tools and provide analytics recommendations for ad hoc requests. Collaborate with the global People analytics teams to align on new system enhancements and tooling. Support on analyses to drive business decisions and measure success of People programs and initiatives e.g., analyze survey results investigate key drivers of performance through analyzing the correlation between performance trends and potential drivers etcWhat Did We Order. Strong demonstrated experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL and Power BI. Demonstrated experience using R or Python. Proficient in the Google suite. Able to maintain unwavering confidentially with People Operations data. Undergraduate degree preferably in business analytics, HR or a related field. 3+ years of experience in an analytical role. Fluency in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Workday is a strong asset
