Job Description

Role SummaryAs the Program Manager - Vendor Onboarding NFV (non food vertical) you will own all operational projects for Local Shops, ensuring the right opportunities are prioritised within global, regional and local teams. Working cross functionally to scope, plan and deliver projects that improve operational KPIs.Whats on your plate

  • Own new vendor onboarding process & driving optimization initiatives across process & product solutions
  • Responsible for the end to end process such as lead creation, QA, vendor set up and training
  • Ensure local markets have the right SOPs to deliver a smooth onboarding setting our new vendors up for success
  • Own the training process defining the training process supported by the right training materials and ensuring compliance before go live
  • Work with local markets to understand the challenges, blockers & improvement areas and building roadmap to improve
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across local, regional & global to deliver roadmap
  • Create the right reporting & visibility for new onboards in order to assess performance, delays & any challenges across the set up process
  • Present complex problems supported with comprehensive data in a simple and compelling way to stakeholders painting a picture of problem, root cause of problem along with impact (data), proposed solutions and resolution
  • Focusing on objectives and demonstrating value in a compelling way that drives teams to support initiatives
What did we order
  • 5+ years Project management experience, ideally in e-commerce or food/tech business
  • Experience with process management & product solutions (incl. integrated tools)
  • Process know how including creating processes, procedures and frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and ease in navigating through different data sources
  • Ability to review processes, identify issues or areas for efficiency improvements
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across functions
  • Ability to plan and hold workshops to understand problems, brainstorm solutions and then prioritise into a roadmap
