Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced Nail Technician to join our upscale salon in Dubai Motor City.This role focuses on high-end nail care, trend-setting artistry, and building long-term client loyalty in a fast-paced luxury environment.? Key ResponsibilitiesNail Enhancements: Expertly apply, maintain, and remove gel extensions, acrylics, and builder gels (BIAB).Nail Art & Trends: Perform modern manicures (including Russian manicures), custom hand-painted art, and modern extensions.Sanitation Compliance: Clean and sterilize tools strictly adhering to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and Dubai Municipality public health mandates.Client Retention: Offer customized nail health plans and up-sell retail products or premium treatments.Desired Candidate ProfileExperience: 1 to 3+ years of proven experience in a busy, high-end salon setup. A strong portfolio or Instagram handle showcasing clean work is required.Technical Mastery: Flawless application of gel polish incredibly close to the cuticle line. Exceptional skills in hard gel and acrylic sculpting.Speed & Efficiency: Ability to deliver a high-quality full set of extensions within 90 to 120 minutes, and a standard gel manicure & pedicure combo within 60 minutes.Language & Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Ability to interact gracefully with clients.Professionalism: Impeccable personal grooming, well-maintained nails, and a strong teamwork mindset.Know how to do Foot Massage and Neck & shoulder massage is an advantage.
