Job Description

OB PURPOSETo provide?specialized?support functions and/or supervise staff performing standard logistics/supply chain processes and activities to enable effective delivery of goods and services for all delivery modalities.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES1.Attend supply chain technical meetings with service providers/retailers in the area of Assignment.2.Ensure daily coordination and efficient internal communication with other concerned units/departments.3.Arrange and attend monthly coordination meetings with Programme, CP?s and suppliers before the start of the distribution cycle4.Ensure efficient external communication with the service providers and the third-party contractors.5.Follow up with Sanaa team to ensure timely receipt of the monthly distribution plan.6.Set up a system for daily monitoring of the quality, quantity and packaging of commodities at Point of Sales.7.Assist in the service providers? performance evaluation process;8.Follow up with contractor /services provider the commodities repositioning status after sharing the distribution plan on monthly basis.9.Conduct monitoring of supplier performance in the outlets before and during the distribution cycle.10.Assist in macro market assessments when and if required.11.Provide regular CBT updates, data and reports to the supply chain associate based in Sanaa.12.Receive vouchers from Suppliers and manage the counting, verifications and random check13.Supervise the casual staff that carry out the voucher counting14.Reviewing the daily report for from the Q&Q company as well as any issue arising from the CP and TPM reports from the field under CVTN.15.Arrange for a joint meeting between the CP and the supplier to improve the CVTN in next cycle and avoiding the challenges from the past cycles.16.Facilitate and manage the Aden committee for sampling vouchers for destruction.17.Preform other related duties as required.4Ps CORE ORGANISATIONAL CAPABILITIESPurpose
