Lead EEF Strategic Planning AnalystThe Systems Analyst in this role will provide lead level systems engineering program analysis and technical support to MDA/EEF - Flight Test Engineering by identifying and resolving highly complex problems crossing organizational boundaries and promulgating solutions.Duties Include:?Supporting MDA/EEF Operations Development, Coordination, and ExecutionConducting strategic planning and systems analysis to determine requirements and Flight Test objectives in support of Flight Test development, coordination and executionSpecific Duties Include:Performing mission analysis, capability requirements allocation analysis, top-level design synthesis, and functional analysis and allocationEngage in concept planning; design and development; integration, testing and verification at the Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) system, element or component levelAssisting with Flight Test Strategic Plan (FTSP) by supporting meetings and briefings to resolve differences, establish processes and determine deliverables required for the FTSP formal documentation development effortInterfacing and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and verify correct capture or requirements for inclusion in the FTSP Event Requirements Sheet (ERS)Analyzing threat capabilities and BMDS test needs to develop Flight Test Strategic Plan database inputs necessary for long-term flight test planningIdentify, track and assist in resolving Action Items and Watch Items resulting from FTSP coordination and the Strategic Planning processUpdating FTSP and FTSP database by reviewing the existing FTSP and FTSP Database, assessing deficiencies and fact-of-life changes, recommending changes to the FTSP and FTSP database, and assisting with updating the FTSP and FTSP DatabaseSupporting cradle-to-grave awareness of Flight Test planning by assisting with the Flight Test Readiness Checklists that provide coordinated transitions of Flight Test Responsibilities from the planning team to the execution teamDeveloping executive level briefings based upon supervisor vision and guidance
