Huntsville - AlabamaThe Facilities Analyst in this role provides Real Property Management support to include Real Property Inventory and reconciliation, military construction (MILCON) planning and programming, facility acquisition strategy, basing and siting studies, area development planning, construction, maintenance and repair project development (DD Form 1391), and program level cost estimating. Also requires facility criteria development, Design and Planning Charrettes, design authorization development and review, management of MILCON, Unspecified Minor MILCON, Planning and Design, O&M and RDT&E planning and construction funding, and coordinates Agency lease issues.
