The Avionics Engineer in this role will support the Targets and Countermeasures (TC) Program Office. The successful candidate will have demonstrated skills, capabilities and experience in development, conduct and management of missile and space avionic engineering activities and products. Primary duties will include technical support to the Government Customer during target system development, test, production and mission operations. Additional duties include providing coordination, surveillance and oversight of prime contractor performance of avionic engineering activities and deliverables.Review and monitor Prime Contractor performance of Avionic Engineering activities?Review and assess Prime Contractor technical data productsConduct design and performance analyses of electronic, avionic and RF antenna and transmitter systems and componentsProvide recommendations of technical approaches/plans to balance program cost, schedule and performance
