Centreville, VAThe Senior Security Researcher will support operational teams by performing research for defensive Cyber Security solutions.The individual will be involved in identify key research topics, hypothesize and develop viable technical capabilities. Will also be involved in determining mitigation techniques and work with others to provide assistance and technical solutions for defensive resolution.Other things the Senior Security Researcher will be involved in is determining and assisting others with discovering evidence of malicious tools and actions. Developing technical solutions for information operations and analyzing issues related to national security topics: intrusion analysis, malware, systems and vulnerabilities, network security, advanced analytic tools, and data visualization techniques, identify security issues of existing platforms and applications. Develop algorithms and methods for detecting and preventing network attacks.
