Job Description

A well-established organization in Dubai is currently seeking a Personal Secretary to the CEO. This role is ideal for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who can manage executive schedules, travel plans, and administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support directly to the CEO.• Manage daily schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.• Prepare reports, correspondence, and confidential documentation as required.• Handle incoming and outgoing communications with discretion and professionalism.• Maintain effective filing and record-keeping systems for executive documents.• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.• Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and travel itineraries.Requirements:• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational and time management abilities.• Good personality, confident demeanor, and professional attitude.• Previous experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant is an added advantage.• Must be flexible and ready to travel when required.
