Job Description

VLCC Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join its Human Resources Department. The selected candidate will report directly to the Head of HR and play a key role in overseeing HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, and supporting the company’s workforce objectives through effective people management.Role Overview:The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll, maintaining HR reports, handling employee lifecycle processes, and ensuring all HR practices align with local regulations and company policies.Key Responsibilities:• Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing while maintaining compliance with statutory and internal policies.• MIS & Reporting: Develop and maintain detailed HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and monthly HR reports for senior management.• Employee Exit & F&F: Oversee resignation procedures, clearance formalities, and Full & Final settlements according to company policy.• Labour Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labour laws; advise management on any compliance updates.• Performance Management: Assist in the execution and tracking of performance appraisal systems and support managers in employee evaluations.• Employee Records: Maintain precise and updated employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).• At least 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR compliance standards.• Proficient in HRMS, payroll systems, and advanced Excel.• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities.• High attention to detail, strong organization, and confidentiality in handling HR data.• Prior experience within the Healthcare or Wellness industry is mandatory.
