Job Title: QS EngineerLocation: Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and bills of quantities (BOQ)Monitor project costs and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targetsReview drawings, specifications, and tender documents for cost implicationsAssist in procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract managementPrepare cost reports, progress reports, and financial analysis for managementCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on cost-related mattersEnsure compliance with UAE construction regulations, standards, and company policiesSupport project teams with value engineering and cost optimization strategiesQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field5+ years of UAE construction experience (mandatory)Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS OfficeStrong understanding of UAE construction standards, contracts, and cost control proceduresExcellent analytical and numerical skillsImmediate joining preferred.
